Does anyone got any experience using Ezi Box by Pos Laju before ? I got a message told me to self collect the parcel at Ezi Box. But when i reach there and key in the parcel code then the screen display the item has delivered to my place. This morning i got a reminder to collect again at Ezi Box ?is this some kind of technical error or something else ? The truth is i did not received any parcel yet.

Please enlightened me. Thanks.

So, do you go to the ezi box location and check the box there using the sms that poslaju sent to you?

when poslaju fail to deliver to you they will place your item in Ezi Box at your local POS Office, use the note they left for you to enter on the system for collection. You get about 2-3 days if you didn't collect it then it will deliver back to POS Hub afaik

yes. its easy and pretty convenient if u are not around.. in my case they intentionally put my parcel inside the box and not dropping it at my office address. they should have informed me beforehand tho..

It is convenient for us if the EziBox system function properly..my second experience, the system shows the box location, but the box is not opened..I've made a complaint to POS Malaysia, and still waiting for my parcel that hasn't arrived after 10 days..

Used it once. No problems.

But I'm not sure why they put it there once, while all other times they will ask to collect from their depot if we're not home. Not sure how they decide when to use it.
