For fh poperty the bumi quote is maintain by developer and liason w gov.
However i did hear story abt state can put cavier on ur title for bumi only after title is issued. Just hearsay.
Bcos some bumi gurus will not get discount and buy non bumi price. Mana tau when title issued state converted the bn unit into bumi lot bcos the owner is bumi.

Transfer of subsale ownership in property is based on conditions and restrictions as stated on the title. Price is inmaterial and never a deciding factor. Now a day alot of freehold at kl is transferred from leasehold example MET mont Kiara, bukit jalil, maluri cheras. Even it's freehold but the name transfer need to go through the consents. So most important is we need to search the title to check the condition & restrictions.
