Bumi discount is the term use for freehold property. Sales agent term to promote. Is not bumi lot. Once got strata, you are free to sell to non bumi.

As far as i know, whether it is bumi lot or non-bumi lot, it wont stated in the title, only developer knows whether it is a bumi or non-bumi lot. someone correct me if i'm wrong, thanks

You are buying freehold there is no bumi lot. Developer can only give you discount.
