btw ,i think i nvr shut down my comp since march i think
only sleep & wake up & restart occasionally to free up some ram. 
Help Is it safe to close laptop w/o shutdown?, i was told we no need to shutdown

just make sure you got good airflow & let the MB cool down 1st before u keep it inside yr back. then it shouldn't hv any prob dy.
