sleep = power energy saving .


if the machine sleep , it means it wont do anything ...including producing heat ...

my friend done it so many times on his PowerBook G4 ...and still running fine

like Vista case , i think the machine never sleep . the machine will do the job even in sleep mode , including using more memory during the sleep mode .

haha ..sounds like u running a server , but it's ok then ...my mbp also always like that , running 24 by 7 ...and i will reboot the machine if i run Onyx and maintainance check

hahaha ..at home , i usually put books or a bunch of cards , every angle of my notebook ..in order to have good airflows ..
