I had the same issue too, both 12am and 12pm.
Already told shopee through Facebook, still no human reply yet other than the robotic reply of telling you to clear cache and reinstall the app.
And they preferred video of your phone screen to investigate.

Please just help them by sending your videos too, since not much users have our problem.
I also sent mine, but they don't seems to understand the problem, kept telling me it's because I used my rm40 voucher. 🤦🤦

Until now, they have been insisting that there is no problem, hinting that I tried to use the wrong vouchers. I already don't know how to continue explain to them that it's this one hour limited time RM12 vouchers having problems.

It's like talking to a narcissistic person who insists the system is perfect, refused to accept that now their system got a potential error/problem, can't even accept the fact that any system might occur an error.
