This one shopee  boss

shopee customer service really is nil.

ordered a pair of bicycle pedal, but seller only send one. Raise a dispute, shopee just said seller send right item, dispute close.

So when u order a pair of shoes and only received one... this still considered correct item in shopee.

yes. if u speak nicely to shopee, they will ask u to settle with seller. but if u go through authorities, i always tell them shopee is helping seller to cheat buyers and doesn't want to take responsibility. in d end the management had to call me a few times to settle it.

erm, it doesn't matter even if he changed the description afterward. In the end, you still must prove that he was not sending a pair of the set to you. The best evidence is to take a clear video while opening the parcel. Like this, the seller totally cannot pusing. Unless he says courier company changed the things. But that is another issue already.

I don't see the seller putting any weight on the description.

low level CS is like that one. they are just templates. just make a complain to have a proper officer taking your case. all our email interaction involved the kpdnhep officer, so they don't simply sprout nonsense.

yup, that's what low level CS do. they can't solve problem, just deflect as much s possible.

it's only useful for very heavy items. And you need to prove there is a standard weight for the said items.

Just telling you weight is not useful because you duno weight scale also can hack. The best is to open the parcel by direct recording.

anyone experience return before? want to know does Shopee reimburse the delivery fees? received damage item, told seller and asked for return and refund but went to courier (J&T) and shock that the delivery fee is RM13, which already equivalent to the item's price... wonder who will bear the return delivery fee?

J&T do not provide consignment note, instead they provide a receipt looks like consignment note as well...

my own experience, i make order and paid on 30 may 2020 (Saturday) , seller did not update tracking number, after 4 days include Sunday, system auto cancel order on 3 jun 2020.

but if seller did update tracking number, my experience shopee system will not auto cancel order.
here my experience, i make order and paid on 27 may 2020. seller update tracking number, shopee system said seller should ship out by 29 may 2020, but until today seller still did not ship out, check with pos laju, tracking number did not found. today 8 jun 2020, already 10 days but system still did not auto cancel order.
then i chat with CS, they told me estimate ship out time is 29 may, and estimate receive time is 17 jun 2020, so CS told me have to wait untill 17 jun 2020.

so my experience shopee more like to protect seller, if buyer did not pay, less than 24 hour order will auto cancel, but if seller update tracking number they have plenty time to hold our order.

Had a bad shopping experience @ Shopee.

So I ask for refund and the refund got auto approved. 

After that I tried to rate the seller, but cannot anymore? 

Why so crummy     shouldn't we rate the experience after everything is done?

I've rate ac product with 2 stars and the seller straight away WA me n ask me to change the review .. so, i wonder how true is the review in shopee...

n this seller block me in shopee as well... i will said this kind of seller is too childish and cannot accept negative comment..
