Happening to me currently. All with Shopee Express + collect collect option. Contacting Shopee also no use. Only lip service that they are “investigating”.

To add insult to injury, one status even indicated that the Posstore had nobody to receive to package. I’ve chosen this Posstore to pickup when item is delivered. Very annoying.

Impossible for Posstore to not have manning staff during regular hours. Even that is true, why no delivery attempt made again after that??

I’ve had good experience with MBE (Lazada purchases) but this lousy Shopee Self Collect only give options to select from their stupid Posstore crony brand. Right now I have 6-8 parcels still undelivered to Posstore Alam Jaya. 7-10 days already passed.

As an alternative, I selected Posstore Mahkota Cheras for my newer purchases but I have no idea if the same craps pulled by Posstore Alam Jaya will be applicable to Posstore Mahkota Cheras. Believe me, if MBE is there to select, it would have been a no brainer.

Shopee Express Self Collect for Bdr Mahkota Cheras seems to work fine. Ordered 4/3. Delivered to Posstore BMC 7/3. I have no idea what’s wrong with Posstore Alam Jaya and Shopee Express. From 25/2 until now still undelivered.

This happened to me a few mins ago. Was on the app at 3:58pm and it started to give errors until exceeded past 4pm still cannot checkout my cart. Then 4:05pm back to normal and all coin cashback vouchers gone.

I’ve recently switched self pickup location from Posstore Tmn Alam Jaya to Posstore Bdr Mahkota Cheras.

The packages arrived fine and I went to pick them yesterday. At the same time, lady at Posstore BMC told me that Posstore Tmn Alam Jaya is actually no longer in operation.

I still have 4-5 parcels heading to this dodgy Posstore and Shopee refuses to confirm that it is closed. Instead, I get the same email responses everytime; we’re experiencing heavy load and give is another 3-5 days.

Just a poor chain of communication overall. The CS is only accepting complaints and “fwd” it to “relevant dept”. And at the meantime, nobody is aware of the Posstore closure?

Holy crap I just noticed this too. Yeah I’m staying out from further self collect. Still need to pay petrol to go to collection center. Pfttt.

I also don’t see it in my voucher list. Grrr.

Crazy how everytime you use Shopee Support in the app to voice your dissatisfaction, just a cookie-cutter response from them will change the Support status to green (“enquiry solved”). While actual issue remains the same: item stuck, item past delivery date, etc.

Seems like somebody is chasing to ‘close’ outstanding issues for own KPIs.

Standard Msian kompeni. Big boss just want to see how fast support messages are replied and “closed”. So everytime a copy-paste response is made (“we regret the late delivery”, “we have fwded to relevant dept” or “wait 3-5 biz days for actions”), my raised issue was immediately marked as “RESOLVED”. Item stuck at delivery hub for 2 weeks considered resolved kah?

Wanted to show how they tried to close any raised issues by indicating “inquiry solved” or “inquiry completed” after lepas tangan by claiming issue has been “escalated”. While item still undelivered (still at Cheras hub from 26/3).

I actually have another item (car audio system) which I suspect got stolen hence status remain stuck at distribution starting from 30/3.

Yeah i’m waiting for it to cancel in the system automatically. Or just wait in case miraculously delivered. Either way, will protect my money. Just wasted time tho.

I encountered this a while back. Buyer not on location. A few orders. Rupa²nya the Posstore is no longer in operation but Shopee failed to capture it. Imagine 1-2 weeks back and forth with support chat when the answer was damn simple.

Mine specifically was Posstore Alam Jaya Cheras. In case yours is similar.

This is basically what happen when the support chat only duty is just to collect messages, reply with standard copy paste response and considered “issue resolved” to move to the next complaint.

A simple, dedicated check would probably give the final answer from day one. Instead of dragging on and on.

And worse yet, upon knowing this, the parcel was returned to sender. Imagine the wastage of time and money. Difficult to reassign to another collection point? Coz item is already in Klang Valley from other distant parts of the country. But nope. Let’s waste time and burn extra fuel to send it back to sender.

Another kicker: many of my cancelled purchases had bonus cashback coins to collect upon delivery. Bamm, they are gone as well. Waste time only waiting for 3.3 12am or 12noon sales lol.

Does anyone have problem buying Shopee Gift Card? The payment page doesn’t load for me for the past 12-24 hours.

Gift Card is the only way for my to use my coins to buy petrol voucher code at a discount. Since buying directly from sellers won’t be eligible to use the coins.

Anyone knows what happened to this link?

Every month I always claim 50% vouchers (capped to RM10) from certain brands like Nestle and Watson but recently this link no longer works. It only goes to this ‘empty’ page.

Also is there a trick to find shop that offers cashback voucher? Seems difficult to just browse randomly.

Not sure what’s wrong is this seller. Asking me why his fee was x/y/z and refuse to send the item. Really time wasting.
