Been sometime since I join I just noticed this too. I am not going open ewallet with either Shopee or Lazada or our refunds all goes there.

Won't in future a big budget purchase gets refund to wallet? That's risky for me.

Remember my old comment/review on 11.11 product where they sent wrong place before returning to correct delivery I gave photo of product, list it 5 star, review it as thin? First they said its image wrong now days later I forgot all about it maybe 1~2 weeks later Shopee inform me it's seller got them to cancel my review. Image wasn't inappropriate no vulgar lang used no private data shown. Stupid Shopee staff

Shopee reviews kenot be trust one. Reason is rating seller can give to buyer. It's double edge sword. I kena b4 last year when seller ask me review I was busy RL didn't review and forget about it. On last day of reviews seller gave me 1 star and add me to ignore list. After I complain Shopee staff dare to reply that I need to take that 1 star as I am seller wtf. Until I had to complain in fb and call them complain loudly to get my 1 star fake rating removed.

Bro as soon as u get that 1 star you should have raise hell with them. I even show them ss of bullshit chat frm seller.

Btw I just scold them in fb messager about it. I actually let the issue be forgotten I don't care anymore since it's not as if seller gave me bad rating but to wait 2 weeks email me say I was wrong and against the rules is plain bullshit I called them out told them point out to me exactly which part was inappropriate and stop quoting the damn rules when there wasn't any part that was wrong. After checking and rechecking and referring to higher ups they claim will email me 🙄 since they can't find the damn part that is wrong

Update on my review listed as inappropriate since I know their rules:

* Inappropriate language (e.g. profanities, hate speech)
* Private information (e.g. addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts)
* Inappropriate picture (e.g. picture not related to product)

I know I never used such words or against all these after getting fed up with them I called them dumb shit for siding with seller without proof. Now I received email that they claim I called their seller vulgar word aka stupid. 🤔 😅😅😂😂 Issue is I was very professional in all my reviews I never called anyone stupid only stated towel I bought was thin and sent to wrong location before reaching me. Now they decided to make up stories hahaha

More con job after discount suddenly kenot use shipping voucher. I only made 1 purchase this week and its on 12.12 couple hours ago.

Shopee finally dig out my comment that was mark inappropriate. Now I admits my wrongdoing 😅😂 I did use "vulgar" word that is stupid. Seems I accidentally did say

"stupid Pos Laju delivery Pg to Pg goods went to Kuantan before return to Penang"

As delivery took a long time to reach me as tracking did show it went to Kuantan. So its inappropriate that we cannot say courier did wrong? I guess truth hurts so much that they had to mark my comment on pos laju mistake as inappropriate. Also it wasn't seller who complain all this time as previously they claim I insulted seller.

When I first ask them they claim I post vulgar or not related photos but I seen the photos were not censored I asked them to prove then they claim seller was insulted by me then claim I call seller stupid which they claim is a vulgar word. I was speechless its like kindergarten. Now finally dig out my comment after I challenge them multiple times that I never called seller stupid. I was right I never did called seller as stupid and I did give seller 5 stars. It turns out Shopee is the idiot making up stories/reason as each time they replied to me.

Actually after being frustrated for short while I forgotten all about it until damn Shopee nearly two weeks later brough up the damn thing again in email asking me if I was satisfied with how they resolve the whole thing. Right... its like taunting which is why I kept challenging them tell me which part exactly I said stupid to seller in review.

It's useless talking to them they now decided to use word for word same thing they told me 3 or 4 emails back. The default template🙄.

J&T express got do delivery? My is in the nearby storage according to their tracking not even out for delivery. It reach my area depot Saturday. This is between states local delivery which already reach nearest depot.

I don't recommend anyone using J&T Express this MCO. My package reached their delivery facility on 20th even Monday/Tuesday calling them they didn't deliver. Tracking everyday same Overnight Parcel Out of Droppoint Business Hour. I had to go there get myself. The branch was operating but nobody pickup calls while I was there either.

Anyone ordered frm any online electrical shop? I am worried during mco they don't do shipping. One of my wall fans broken I can't just go seng heng and buy. Hot weather need a fan.

Some couriers like J&T is totally unreliable this mco. Either no shipping done for days or sent wrong person. Happen to me this mco.
