Have you claimed 3+2 free shipping vouchers for this month? You need to apply the voucher to get free shipping (up to 5kg for WM, up to 1kg for EM)

"Free Shipping" is conditional, the FS vouchers given are reducing over the past few months. From 1 per day to 8 per month and now 5 for Nov 2018. The minimum spend amount was being revised upward as well. So Shopee should end the Free-shipping scheme sometime next year. sad.gif

Mostly likely you can use more than 1 FS voucher, and minimum order is RM25, instead of RM35.
Also because some banks eg RHB, UOB will give additional RM20 discount on top of bank code, I must give up PGC which is not allowed for any discounts
