Tommorow last delivery date by poslaju and still no update after leaving hub 4 days ago. Shopee CS just say click refund if not delivered. What a waste of time

Order 29th Jan, last delivery date 9th Feb. Shopee cs says press refund if not delivered. So press refund, seller dispute say sent out. Tracking show still in hub. What normally happens in this type case?
