its happened to me during the MCO on April.. Even Extend Shopee Guarantee, still status in transit.. End up talked to Seller and as for refunds.. But the funny thing is Seller said they will responsible if the item lost in transit.. After extension of time expired and request for refund, suddenly seller dispute even though at first they will accept the refunds.. end up need to wait almost 2 weeks in order to get Shopee customer service evaluate and settle the refund.. bodoh seller..

Shopee express? If yes mine still in transit since 9.5.2020. shopee guarantee ends.  Already file for refund. And now shopee agent very busy. Before this walaaoo. Pantang tekan refund badabing poooff here come shopee agent.

Oh got one more still pending refund. No shopee agent as well. This one local problem with jnt. High value item. Last tracking movement 17.5.2020. otw to KL999 from NSN gateway .Sohai jnt.
Your item stuck at which gateway? Yong Peng? Alor gajah? NSN? KL? SGB? Klang?

Whats with Shopee and their free delivery or discounted shipping?

Recently I purchases a battery charger which is RM 50 before discount and shipping costs.
The seller page info says "up to RM 4.03 discount for orders above RM 40". Simple English right?
My item costs RM 50, so should had discount RM 4 of my RM 5 shipping fee = RM 1 shipping fee.
And this is regardless whatever payment mode. I even use Shopee Pay also dont allow.

Whatever method I tried to apply for voucher, it just says: " Does not apply to selected products"

Then I chat with their online chat agent, useless. Only know how to defend themselves, say that I need to apply. DUH. I tried applying it just cannot. But seller page says otherwise.
Then the agent says that i already applied for 10% voucher etc, cannot apply any further.

Then call to their hotline, says only applies to Free Shipping etc, and "its according to terms and condition". What else T&C? T&C says it applies to Poslaju, then seller use PosLaju also, still cannot.

I am not here to argue over the free shipping , but rather the delivery statement "up to RM 4.03 discount for orders above RM 40"

First agent says cannot combine shipping for entitlement of RM 15 Free Shipping. OK fine, point taken.
Now I only purchase 1 single item, from only 1 seller at point of check out, and that also fail.
For this, i told the CS agent, please escalate this to the next department.

Why is it so difficult compared to Lazada which auto apply the voucher.  :ranting:  :stars:

Hi, need advice. Bought an item from China and item  not arrived on the expected delivery date. Request for refund and seller agreed. Refund status was completed. Then suddenly  7 days later, shopee delivered the item to me.  What should I do?
