Stupid shopee banned me for suspected use of emulator. It happened after I accidentally hit the checkout button instead of the back key at the cart page coz its placed just above the back key. After hitting the back key, terus logged me out & prompted a message saying I was banned.

Sent them an email to inquire and they suspected I was using emulator. Now theyre asking me to take picture of my IC and write a confirmation letter that I won't use emulator in the future. I was like WTF?!

Yeah, if you look closely at the plastic flyer, it says "Items: Light bulbs 1"
Approx RM10 cheaper than other sellers of the same item. That's what I get for being greedy.

Don't try, won't know. At least now you all know not to buy from this shagnhai commie. Last month I bought Office 365 Home for RM100 from a 4 day old seller with 0 ratings. Nasib baik that turned out OK.

Hi guy, the shopee seems like don't want to refund my amount as I'm waiting more than 2 weeks already and click refund that did not receive any items (over the period of time)..  

Is it any channels to complain to higher level (for example government complain unit)?  

I saw my items at poslaju tracking status at 10/11/2019, then no more. Poslaju pushing to Shopee need to wait, and Shopee pushing to Poslaju no feedback from Poslaju.

In the case above, how should I do? Need expert to advised.

I call poslaju HQ, they say the parcel at branch side already.
So I walk in to the Poslaju branch self-collect items, they say "because not enough man-power", so still have a lot of big container belum buka yet.

Wakao.. I feel like poslaju are not enough man power, then it is not my fault leh.
Somemore, I only manage to declare whether I receive parcel or not to the Shopee.

If I did not declare anything, the Shopee will assume you already receive the items.

I believe the system also block me to purchase this item too. Others can checkout as usual. Chat with Shopee staff about this problem and the suggested solution is to uninstall the apps and reinstall back again ( problem still same). I try to use web purchase and the problem is still the same. Not allow to purchase the Nestle Milk. Even it stated promotional item, my last purchase is during 11.11. total only 6 unit. At the end, the shopee staff ask me to purchase from other seller.
I only have 1 account in shopee.

This is something like give you a taste of candy and you in return of Your Photo body IC scan.I never see laz need IC number ?

Now , you can have a look , non of those voucher are for non shope pay.They are forcing on collecting our IC to use coins.
Is it illegal to collect IC number + Body Photo in a mass group ?


This is not the first time making their system restriction to make buyer frustrated.
This is how their way of luring you continue buying non stop since coins in their hands.It's totally different compare to tesco or aeon.Aeon/tesco have store to complain if anything happen or coins deducted or error.
But shope just a platform , you can't complain beside on the phone and they can ignore you , remove your coins , banned you forever with your IC together as they like.
Same with laz but at lease laz is a big company supported with aliba .

Remember 11st ? seller and buyer $ get hold for months , not able to pay seller , buyer didn't get refund.
Who knows one day shope pay will do the same ? but now they are doing with shope pay , i wouldn't be surprise if shope change their t&c on regulation on shope pay once they get all your IC number and body scan.

Hi, I would like a second opinion. Bought some dog cans on 12.12, until now my seller hasn't shipped it out. According to order details, the seller should ship out by 18/12.

He even used the trick to delay the shipment date: your pickup attempt has failed on 13/12. Pls rearrange fro shipment.

He just whatsapp me on the 17th to tell me that his supplier had not stock for chicken flavours, ask to change others. Then I agreed with him.

Now in his ad, the chicken flavour has still got 38 stocks. I think he has no ready stock, but he refused to switch it to 'sold out'.

I already pm-ed him yesterday on Shopee, but no reply.

So, should I just wait for auto-cancelation? I even need to buy some dog cans in a physical store...
