is it me to shopee catch group is kinda scam? the max bonus is 15%, which max i think can get is 2 coins! (seriously, i dont think i ever get 2 coins)

Same problem as mine... but mine is installment. I paid twice because I thought the initial one didn't capture and it stuck at the "to pay" status. But few days later when I check my statement, I'm shocked to see I was charged twice! Emailed Shopee, and they said they didn't receive anything. So need to do a manual refund. But need the transaction info... but since it failed, how am I suppose to get the transaction info!

In the end, I emailed my bank. And thank god, they are helpful enough to help me to cancel the transaction.
