be careful when shop in shopee. food is prohibited item. you won't get compensation if anything happens. i went through the case with different CS, one even suggested cookies is perishable item. and the most annoying part, after a week, the first CS who said the above, send back the same nonsense.

I guess it works both ways. Previously I was sold a counterfeit Samsung microSD card advertised as ori. Penang seller. I refused to send it back while claiming for a refund. Counterfeit items also under prohibited item list.

#Shopee Refund
few months ago bought electronic tester for rm59 from china. after few hours of test, i charged it fully but still detect battery low. msg seller but he reply like 1 msg per day with another question to me. i answer only next day reply with another question to me. got fedup & i just proceed to ask for full refund. seller waited for last moment (after 3 days) & counter with refund rm1. he said the item should be in good condition. i counter back full refund & only 3 days later he counter back rm1. i even complaint the physical same as picture but the firmware is different, then really fedup with this tarik tali game. when i want to dispute seller by asking shopee to intervene suddenly seller giving his email & ask for video proof. i have prepared the proof video a week earlier but shopee refund system only can upload picture. after i emailed, he ask for few days to check at warehouse. after 3 days still saying hes waiting info from warehouse. im like WTF at this moment. im expressing my anger on the platform saying its been 3 weeks now & seller still wana drag on the case? fine, i just dispute u (seller) then. few hours later he accepted & refund fully. 

#Shopee STUPID system
after top up rm400 on shopeepay i cant pay my order. system say i hit my daily limit. call CS & he say i should verify my ic but i counter back. my item not even 1k, why system lock my buying? later he emailed me said my pc windows lower than windows 7. im like WTF, im using Win10 PC latest update. nvm i just wait until after 12am & try again still the same. call CS again & this lady straight away said if my android phone lower than android 7, my max order is rm200 per day. i wana scold her but later thinking its the system so no point to argue. she said i can choose another payment method beside shopeepay for more than rm200 purchase but then my money stuck at shopeepay. i wonder why the 1st CS like doesnt know anything about the android lower than 7 issue. perhaps the IT team said about the android issue but he relay the message to me about problem with windows 7.  anyway my phone still fine even though its only android 6 (old flagship phone). i have lost interest in chasing new phone since im more towards electronic gadget & audiophile gear nowadays. now i prefer lazada over shopee except when shopee price so much lower than lazada.

#Lazada Refund
bought miniature 4" long nose plier for rm10.90 with postage, arrived 6" plier instead of 4". summore 1 end tip of plier bigger than other one. i might keep the plier if both tips are same thickness. complaint & ask refund from seller reason being its 6" not 4" as advertise. Add info saying it got CQ problem. later seller accepted my refund & return request. print the lazada return form & drop it to MBE. now waiting the item received by seller.

TLDR:
Shopee china seller like to drag my refund request till took 3 weeks before he finally gave up.
Shopee sytem limit max rm200 purchase on shopeepay if ur android version lower than android 7.
Lazada local seller easily accepted my return request since it's not the same size as advertised. No need pay return postage fee since it's lazada.

Only once. I used 2 accounts on 2 iPhones simultaneously. My daughter was on another 2 but she didn't get any. The Android phones a bit laggy.

I also didn't success to get 25 voucher , i well ready the chances success is extremely low with poor phone speed and slow connection.
Problem maybe the apps itself.I remember someone complain on shope apps Dev by some Company which complicated and lag.
IOS is more standard and more dev expert in the area.

Simple as when apps request a refresh feedback from at server , iso apps go through less layer verification compare to android apps before sending back a reply.

Usually it would not affect much but consider shope may even have a limits on IOS =100 voucher or Android = 50 voucher only for whole malaysia.Who knows ? shope can do anything.Suddenly , and reduce voucher limit and change the limit  as they like.

Laz is much better in some condition.That is why i encourage to open both apps and check for the product and add to cart.
but make sure to ask the seller to pack well your product since it's a liquid oil.
I also have a question on free shipping.Somehow , can Mall seller survived ? What I know , only 1 free shipping for mall seller.Most mall seller doesn't have free shipping and I check most of the mall seller cannot apply free shipping at all.

Seller dont have the item but still let buyer to submit order. After asking only said no more stocks need to wait...shopee said will penalise the seller if exceed shipping date item still dont ship out. Anyone know what is the penalty or penalise?

But failed, bcoz the voucher that shopee sold to me in shell system was only valid till 30 May 2021 eventot in shopee app show that the valid date was 3 jun 2021

First， cs dint wanna do anything, just copy paste some script and then ask me to settle this with shell 🙃🙃🤡

The earliest is 18 June, but it will only auto cancel after 24 June cause they give sellers time to prepare. WTH.

Which means all, the date indicated on the system is a lie. Behind the scene they still give sellers another date to prepare. So now that I have extended the Shopee guarantee until 18 June, and I still have to wait until 24 June before it auto cancels.  Wow. Shopee is lying straight to my face again. I really hate Shopee.

Guys today my first experience order something but get a different spec. I actually got the more expensive item (it is longer), but I really only need the shorter item.

Seller has approved a refund, but what about the Shopee coins ya? I don't see that refunded, and in the refund screen also, don't see anywhere mention about getting back the Shopee coins spent in the transaction.

They have sneakily included this tnc in June. I also kena, me and my sister stay same house, we never log into each other's phone and we don't have WiFi, just use mobile Internet sendiri. Also note that both me and my sister have verified shitpeepay before with our IC thru KYC process.

After we used the 20% Bill voucher, we are both suspended. Shitpee said the reason being one household can only use the same voucher and pointed me to the above tnc.

My question is, are they going to ban everyone also who might be sharing or renting house with other housemates? This policy is stupid and kiasu.

Was planning to get their "new user" vouchers by doing new sign ups with extra new numbers.

But I couldn't check out the cart with their "new user' voucher at the end, got the error message "U02".

Write in to their Customer Service and got reply that sign ups on same device considered as an existing account even with fresh new phone numbers.

Their security check isn't it too strict?
Considering some may be sharing same device (elders, obsolete phone, etc), but different users.

I believe they have some tracking behind to record every signups. Maybe IP, IMEI, Gmail account, or even Android ID. Which is why they force us to use the apps to claim for their "new user" vouchers.

Tried with virtual machine on Android with Shopee.apk installer but the app forbid us from signing up and logging in for so call "suspicious activity".

Any sifus know how to work this around bypassing their tracking? I watch some tutorial they can work around with the "parallel space" app to duplicate the app.

I plan to try signing up from incognito web browser then after that log in via app. But this may be falling back to the same "tracking" issue.

Left with one new number now. Got to milk Shopee out for their over-claimed so call "new user" voichers.
Feeling got scammed with so many hidden terms to lure people's phone number and data.

Isn't their identity should be considered as new user upon signing up?
This is not a scamming Shopee per se considering there is new number and new identity registering with them.

As oppose with their promotion "new user" vouchers with hidden term (I read their TnC or I may be missing out some keywords), there isn't prerequisite specifying new signups must be on new device.
If they explicitly written the requirements, then the joke is on me.

How could we scam Shopee when the invitation to treat is open to public, those eligible (new signups) accepts the offer by giving their identity to Shopee. They get my data, I get the promotion, the end.

Promoting people to sign ups with new numbers only at the end reveals you can't claim for the promotions because of hidden terms is not upright.
