why shopee cheat? voucher 88% say use at 12pm but when i use it says FULLY REDEEMED. wasting my time only. anyone else got cheated also?

impossible fully redeemed. i open the app exactly at 12PM. this is not the first time i kena with shopee.

Suddenly shopee suspended my account due to violation of community rules??? I'm a buyer not seller, never post or spam sensitive messages in shopee. Was just watering my farm using browser a while ago. Anybody facing the same issue?

My account and my mom's account got banned at the same time. We r using our own phone not dupes and already activated shopeepay. Anyway both of the accounts got unbanned after contacting shopee cs. But they didn't mention what is the reason. Maybe using the same wifi?

That's normal. My family, 4 accounts, all banned at the same time last year. Of course, I'm the only one using them but nevertheless Shopee has to unban them and they did.

i can't cause its not jnt staff who send it.
It was part timer people using his own vehicle send it and its not even jnt cars/van if I reject it , the parcel will be consider lost and I will not have proof to send to shoppe for refund/return later which is much worse.

If u used a voucher (order&😉PAY😉) on Sopi app No1, it will prevent that particular voucher usage on Sopi app No2. *Can apply but cant checkout

I thought last time voucher really fully redeemed when i want to checkout with app No 2, after placed an order from app No1 like 30secs earlier🤣

i bought a charger and "delivered" by J&T Express. Despatch self-signed the package and never reached me.

Shoppee disputed my case because got last-4 IC number signed (not my IC number).

condo mngt and guards dont allow n wont accept anything/parcels.

pls be aware tat ur delivery is not guaranteed and u will likely lose ur claim (shoppee said my proff is not conclusive).

of coz, i cant provide conclusive evidence coz i wasnt at condo home to receive it.

do u notice Shopee's dispute respond time for seller is like a week that long, but for buyer only 1 day? so if u didn't respond fast enough shoppee faster close it so that you cannot claim even you got scammed? appeal also no reply. scamming seller no more reply, that makes shopee accomplice.

it turned into completed automatically, asked for reopen but shopee no respond.

tips for getting the shopee dispute team to respond your email ASAP

since they like to put response by xx/xx date, I responded for my case yet they still cancelled my dispute bcos they no reply me for few days

so the next email I just tell them I'll file for a chargeback with my bank, and i got a reply within half a day, and offered me partial refund even the fund already released to the seller.

so the keyword here for getting their attention is "chargeback"

It happened to me recently and I'm partly to be blamed for falling into the schemes of some Sellers under Shopee. I recently bought a PS4 digital game from this shop named BeyondDigitalGaming. The product is basically a login ID and password given by the seller so user can access the account's Library and then download the game inside. Relatively cheaper from its physical disc counterpart or the digital download from the PlayStation Store itself.

However, the account details still belonged to a 3rd party (in this case, the seller). They have full control of the account and at any time they may choose to delete the account/change the login details (password for instead) hence the game that you've downloaded previously from that account's Library will automatically be locked and you have no other choice except to re-login into the account to Activate it again. But if the account doesn't exists anymore or the password is changed? That's when you seek the assistance from the Seller via Chat, to get a replacement ID and password.

And yeah, I got ignored twice from this seller and I warned them I will complain to Shopee (which we all know won't do any good since the transaction is completed hence any liabilities after that will be ignored).

Here I am trying to warn you guys out there to never trust a service which requires a warranty from any seller from Shopee, because you can't rate or comment the bad things after the deal has been concluded. Also, I urge gamers out there to not buy these digital download from any other third party vendors except legit stores like PlaystationStore, Steam, Epic Games, GoG, etc. Though it takes time, but these stores do offer crazy deal discounted games at very low price during certain season. It'll be much worth it to buy something you know you will 100% owned it after purchase,  rather than something which is "borrowed" from a seller.

Yeah, I'm an idiot for buying it despite knowing the risk. Hence, from the experience.
