hi, i want to ask regarding refund request. the thing is i ordered 5 items from this one seller and the seller then inform me thru chat that 2 of the item was not available and ask to change color. i ask the seller to cancel my order and i click cancel order. but then after 3 days the seller post the item - only 3 of it. I click refund request and the seller didnt respond. the last date is today. what should i do?
