if you get rejected by shopback dont bother writing to them. even if you present solid proof etc, they will use reason lazada/shopee did not approved. i have experience this many times especially on lazada last time. but so far for shopee since it is too small 1%, I never get rejected

I just get my refund. My case was, I received the wrong item and it was from china. Chat with seller really frustrating and he seems stalling. What i did was I sent an email to shopee with attached photo and video. Then I received the reply with case number. I initiate refund and in the details I include the case number for shopee reference. Less than 24 hours the seller approved and immediately get my refund in shopee wallet.

honestly since last year, i frequently buy from shopee than lazada. i dont even bother to survey the price from 11street and lelong anymore like the year before. if shopee keep rewarding user with voucher and free shipping, the likelihood i stick with shopee is high regardless that 2% comission
