Bought Somersby Apple 0.0 Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Apple Drink (320ml x 4) - Alcohol Free Drink. Picked up on 24 May and supposed today delivery. Suddenly Shopee Express showed parcel damaged. Hope got full refund.

320ml x 4 cans drink. Bought it because got RM5 discount with free delivery when early launch few days ago. I know not easy to deliver if without proper packaging.

Shipping subsidy capped at RM8. Just nice.

If items from West Malaysia, minimum RM10 shipping fee (by Air).
Some seller may offer SEA Shipping, the shipping fee is less than RM8 but delivery time is 1 month.
So it is better to buy items shipped from China, RM8 by Air, RM2 by SEA shipping.

For Lazada, shipping fee from WM is RM9.50, but the subsidy is only RM8, so normally I pay +RM1.50 shipping fee.

Hey guys. I requested a refund for one of the items I bought in Shopee Mall. It has 15 days return. I recorded a video of the issue. But when I requested the refund it straight away directed me to the J&T drop off barcode and such. There’s no place for me to add in further details on the issues.

So I just proceed to drop off the item in J&T right? Will get refund straight away? The item is actually a cable, but it cannot charge my iPad whereas other cables can, even with the same power source.

How did u manage to apply shipping and voucher together? Maybe that's why

When you see this error, it means your account has limited access. You wont be able to use 收皮 vouchers on big days.

Back in those days, people who got banned are able to prove they are real people and not fake accounts. 收皮 had to unban. Now give this error, can blame your phone and send you on a joyride to earn back the coinback you got from them. Joyride == open case with them, email to and fro, clear cache, uninstall reinstall, format phone. Time == money.

Damn review rating with photo only can get 1 coin and video 2 coins. Shopee really in trouble....
