guys, how you guys spend your shopee coins? I got like 20k(RM200) points. Will expired in 3 months. Need to spend RM800 to utilize all Apart from Unifi bill, and telco, no idea where to spend those coins.

Hi Sifu, recently I can't use the high discount voucher, such as 95% voucher, RM30 voucher no min spend, even though I have meet the requirement. When I check out, popup message "this voucher cannot use for this check out".
But I can use the shopee live voucher, 10% cashback voucher. Does anybody face the same problem?

Fancy vouchers like RM30 or RM20 off voucher no min spend I gave up liao. Ain't no way in this life I'm gonna get to redeem them lol they're too limited impossible to rebut2 with many Shopee users.
Just use platform vouchers stack with shop voucher.

within thats 2 mins, you still able view and apply the voucher, just that unable proceed for payment. in fact it was fully redeem.

My husband, my daughter and me stay in the same house using same address, same wifi. 
Yes I used my phone to log in to the accounts to buy stuffs for myself using my account and for my husband under his account, who after browsing on his PC, put his things like tools into his cart, then rang me to help him to finish buying. 
We do use a lot of vouchers as we are active shoppers.  So vouchers are not for everyone's use meh? And this is abuse by Shopee's definition! Grrrr!!

so now there's 4 stages to your account.

1) 70% capped RM15 = those who rarely buy stuff or use live vouchers
2) 50% capped RM12 (previously i was this)
3) 30% capped RM10 (now am this)
4) 30% capped 1k COINS cashback

if still continue buying stuff, going to be 30% coins cashback soon.

Might be a little off topic, but would like to ask how to re-access the daily spin and win page. Now they implemented a 5 minute cooldown between each claim of new spin, I often forget about it then lose access to the page until I can see it again during next day

yeah thats where i access it, but usually after 1 claim then the next time i open shopee app it turns into farm instead

Oh, becos nowadays I watch many livestreams and increase my coin rewards a lot? So to throttle me, they reduce my coins from their spin wheel to just 1 or max, 2 coins.

Good afternoon. My Shopee account was permanently suspended a few days ago. I still have outstanding installments (Spaylater) to pay off. I'm unsure of how I'm going to pay them because I can't log into my Shopee account.  I've already sent an email to the help center, but have received no reply. Is anyone having the same problem as me and knows how to solve it?

I'm not sure why they banned me. In the email they said I take advantage of the Shopee voucher code. On 6.6 sales, I purchased a mobile phone from one seller and used only the valid vouchers provided by Shopee and the seller. I suspect the seller made a mistake, and Shopee blamed me. In recent years, I have never used any other shopping platform besides Shopee. This year, I spent approximately 6k and still have a 2k Spaylater instalment. I'm disappointed with how they treat their customers. Without any warning, my account was immediately and permanently suspended.
