So basically the Shopee Setel bought is an evoucher with redemption code send to us by email so no delivery charge.
But why Limit to 1 voucher per Shopee account as in T&C below?

- E-voucher redemption valid from 11/11/2019 - 29/02/2020
- E-voucher code able to view from Shopee App only
- E-voucher is available for new & existing Setel customers
- Once you purchase the voucher, you will receive a Shopee voucher code.
You need to download Setel app, register Setel account.
In Setel App, Go to Payment > Top-up > Voucher section to fill up the voucher code
- Top up amount will be granted within 1 working day after redemption
- Limit to 1 voucher per Shopee account
- Only online redemption is applicable
- E-voucher can only be used on the Setel mobile app
- No cancellation or refund after the deal has been purchased
