Has anyone returned a clothing item on Shopee before? The item is unused and with all its tags and original packaging.

1. How easy is it to return? What's the process like?
2. How to package the return item? Do you need to pay the courier for the packaging etc?
3. When will you get the refund?
4. Has Shopee/Seller ever rejected the return - if yes, why?

It's mainly bots, no humans can be that fast.

You need to provide pics and videos of the item and the reason for returning. After starting the return & refund process they will give I think 1 week for you choose either to drop off the item at a courier place, or let them pick up from your house. I never use pick up, all return so far I've used drop off since it's easier and no need to be anxious waiting for them to come. Once at the drop off counter, they will scan for barcode that shopee provided to you in the item return page. If your item is nicely packed and still have intact ori shipping package, they could reuse it. If not then there's 20 sen service charge. Then just wait for the refund to go thru. Sometimes I got the refund right after dropping off.

Will there be again special 62% / 68% special LIVE vouchers? Do you think they might have 62% for Malaysia day weekend?

Guys, anybody experienced u use the voucher on double day which normal day don't have, merchant didn't honor and automatic cancel.
