For peninsular, still jnt faster.. I placed 2 different orders ytd with same seller with 2 diff courier, JnT & Poslaju.. seller ship out same day, I receive from JnT today. Poslaju still stuck at Ipoh (seller location)

Do u use coins or voucher when u place the order?

Previously ok means u r lucky they have yet to check ur acc.. if u top up n credit card and cash out later, 90% got banned..

If the seller asked u to keep trying, y dont u ask the seller to turn off the J&T n let u to place order n open back? unless all seller also cant turn off J&T due to the sales that tied to it..

Maybe u can extend the Shopee guarantee first, if by last day of the Shopee guarantee still yet to receive the resent item, then u request refund

Anyone know how to complaint Shopee (for Shopee seller), banned account with reason voucher abuse & seller wallet not refunded.

I only have 1 Shopee acc, but bcoz my siblings also using Shopee, so, they banned my acc.. only refund Shopeepay, but, seller wallet no refund. Want to do marketing, but don’t let ppl use voucher.. really shitpee.. r they expect every individual to stay alone in the house especially big family with few family stay together.

Look like KPDNHEP don’t entertain complaint from seller.. they only handle buyer complaint..

Just updated my post..

They said they use the funds available in my seller wallet to cover back their loss on the so called voucher abuse.

After complaint to KPDNHEP, they said this is consider civil case (biz to biz).. so, now I understand y Shopee only touch my seller wallet but very fast to refund Shopeepay after I said I want to complain to KPDNHEP. Shopeepay is governed by BNM, so, I cant complain to BNM since they already refund my Shopeepay

Banned bcoz they said I’ve multiple linked account which claimed is my acc/ acc that within my control, but, I only have 1 account.. my siblings also have their own acc n they also buy with the Shopee live vouchers

My account is both seller n buyer acc.. both Shopeepay n seller wallet also got funds… but they only refund Shopeepay, seller wallet they didn’t refund, said use to cover the vouchers cost..

That’s y they r cunning, they know those authority only handle complaint for Shopeepay n not seller wallet.. n with the amount (less than 100) available in my acc, I don’t think is worth to go through legal route.. I can only say that the daily live vouchers, use at ur own risk, n i normally buy from very few shops (2-3 sellers) only which I will add to cart in different variation whenever they on live, n check out daily

I dont hold multiple devices, n I’m not active seller, just few loose items, I don have the energy to manage multiple account.. hence I only have 1 Shopee acc which is use as buyer n seller.. I think Lazada way of having separate buyer n seller app is better..

If vouchers is available, then meaning is usable for the user.. n it is different individual, my siblings also have only 1 acc, we buy things separately for own use..

That’s y I said, if want to use daily also need to think twice with their policy n I think is their system failures that not able to go with their policy.. if they think 1 household only can use 1 voucher, then, their system should only make it available to only either 1 acc, or once brother acc used, then other family member acc voucher will be disable, we will not know what others buying n what vouchers they have used.

not only that, even if u enrol the new programme, u need to submit for reimbursement for the return shipping fee that they charge to seller.
