I have 13 FSV including 8 exclusively for ShopeePay.
Now I use ShopeePay instead of Credit cards, super easy and fast (completed in less than 5 seconds so I could grab a lot of good deals).

Anyone having problem using Rm5 mobile reload voucher from shopee garden? Been trying for over 4 days now but it state voucher selected cannot be used.

You have top up to same number too many times. Same as me.
Try different number and it will go through.

Next time do check during payment method selected. Voucher may not selected if you go into select credit card option. You need to re-select again.

Besides that, after payment, immediately go back and check if the voucher been captured. If not, cancel the order and redo.

you should be able to cancel without requiring seller's permission within 30 minutes iinm after payment

did u all happen to choose 'shopee express' delivery method whereby tracking number is auto assigned as soon as purchase made?

so the reason why u can't cancel is because tracking number is provided immediately after payment ie processed.

actually, for local shopee mall sellers, there is a free 15 days return.

btw , what happen to the account why get banned ? as i know only some very valid reason only get banned.
I think someone need to compile or member here clarify a possible get banned list of doing certain action.I saw some post that shope simply banned because suspect of activities and get banned , top up and withdraw get banned , using same address & payment CC for parents get banned and many more.

Not necessarily true. I have few accounts banned too and the reason was 1 household only 1 account.
However now i still have 4 accounts and didnt get banned.

So what im trying to say is we wont know what is the thing that trigger ban and i believe CS cant really explain too why some ppl got >10 accounts not banned but some 3 accounts get banned. Because its all auto detected and banned by system not human.

yup. im using shopeepay. the vouchers dont even show up in the list at checkout. even if i didnt choose shopeepay, they would appear greyed out. this one, not appear at all. i tried using my laptop, same as my phone. weird.
