Prefer Lazada compare to Shopee in terms of voucher u claimed will be secured without having to rush and redeem and purchase immediately.

Hi all. Does anyone encounter similar problem as mine? Shopeepay topup > credit card option went missing. Shopee agent instructed to clear cache, uninstall, readd credit card and etc but nthg works. 😣

Yes i did, about 4-5days ago. That's the reason they de-activate my credit card option? But then i usually did max 2 times withdrawal / month and it was ok few months back sweat.gif

Previously ok means u r lucky they have yet to check ur acc.. if u top up n credit card and cash out later, 90% got banned..

Lol I also kena banned, only found this thread after searching online. Damn didn't know about this else I wouldn't have withdraw.

So not possible to reverse this anymore? My account will be permanently banned? I guess the only option now is to use online banking...

Ya that’s true. Managed to call them and got back credit card topup option again😇

Nah.. You can't... There is a cap, it is either 2500 or 3000 coins even if you purchase rm500...
