Actually not worth to get so much coins from 10% Cashback. I. purchased an item can get RM150 coins but I chose RM50 discount from credit card payment. Scare can't utilize RM150 within 3 mths expire.

Lots of people miss used Shopee account by created multiple accounts. No one work in Shopee here so can't really answer you. Use your Shopee account to chat with the customer service is the best option.

Yes it happened and depend on seller actually. Not like Lazada, if you cancel your order with minutes usually system immediately cancel for you.

I claimed the vouchers during today 4 times special hours. Not working at all.

At least worked for you. Luckily got Lazada as standby for me. I move most of my purchases to Lazada which end up cheaper than less stressful purchases.

I returned wrong item back to seller. When the seller received my returned item, refunded of shopeepay and coins all reflected in the app on the same day. This just happened on 14 March 2022.

You didn't check when the received? Just click return and refund.

If Shopee dont care, then you have to deal outside of Shopee since you clicked received. Next time, don't be so fast clicked received.

Credit cards keep rejected when trying to pay with 10% Off min RM25 capped at RM50. The voucher condition can apply to ask payment method. Something not right. Good, save my money to spend. Lol

Test top up Shopee Pay but failed too. Can remove credit card but failed add in. Tested my wife Shopee account same issue.
