i've heard a lot of that ortho too but the operating hours x suit me, so i opted for other ortho..

anyway, i just installed my lower braces and got two bite stoppers at my behind teeth.. now i'm wondering how am i going to eat/chew ? 

Hey guys I will be putting my braces on next week. My gums are aching right now due to the dental separators between my molars. Can hardly chew right now. And I still need to deal with these separators for few more days. I can't imagine how will i feel after putting the braces on.
