It seems your primary issue is
1. long hours at work, no time to exercise
2. you need to lose weight fast
aside your arguable objective, I have a solution, which I have used on myself.

Do intermittent fasting, or better yet, combine with ketogenic diet.
At this point I am fasting 23 hours a day (drink water, black coffee, green tea) and only eat one meal a day (OMAD diet). I choose dinner to be my only meal, well because of possible social events, and dinner being easier because I can go home and cook.
I find this way helps because I can't possibly eat all the TDEE in one single meal, since my meal is also on the healthy side (75% fats, 20% protein and 5% carbs). Quite full on after having a steak and some veggie, no room for other food. Best thing is I don't starve, because the fats from my food lasts me the entire day.

Ultimately in losing weight (I prefer to use losing 'fats') the only thing matters is Calorie Deficit. Which my IF and Keto helped me achieve this. My life also became much more simpler because I only need to worry about one meal a day...and eat better things because now I use my previously 3-meal-budget on 1 meal.

In doing so you don't even need to exercise to achieve losing weight, friendly to your bank account too. But of course, exercising, especially weight training is very helpful in building muscle to make you look better. If you in this game long enough, you will know the kgs are not important. How your body looks matters more.

Thank you so much to share your secrets. I really need this as not everybody have luxury to go gym sometimes. Hence, i do 30 minutes light exercise.

Yup, once aloe n tea were allowed to works in hour, you noticed the flushing is very quick . Forever living effectiveness has some doubt after try herbalife aloe. But they have thise fibrous that probably could do the scrubbing work.

Yes started in early of every month, but people still can join now because you might shred a lot of weights too if you really follow the strict way.

You exercise regularly on your own. In my case, busy, last 2 weeks no exercise, Did not gain weight.

I did mention it is not fast, but I dare say it is healthy, you can do it for life, on your own.
No allevated heart rate spike like some of the pills you tried.
For all that you paid for Lipo, meal plans, tea and program.... I am lucky I found my way.

Recently I bump into an old acquaintance, who is a cardiologist.
Some of his cardiologists colleagues did Keto.
At first, they saw results. But then they did not survive.
Not every event is covered by news. Look what happen to Atkins.

Short term result, long term dead, if that's what you want go Keto.

OK, tips here.

1. I do not do Keto because long term side effects are bad.
2. Aloe vera can accelerate burn skin healing but do not ingest. Aloe vera is toxic.
3. Missy is on the right track looking for a healthy lifestyle. Keep searching.

Three women in Korea took aloe vera for months and hospitalized with toxic hepatitis.
when doctor removed aloe vera from their consumption, their liver enzymes return to normal.

A lot of what I use for myself are proven, not just MLM say, and refined by myself on my own.

You know people in forever living is trying to make a living. I don't want to break their rice bowl so, keep this to yourself.

keto, i wont say keto is bad, at least i practised keto before and follow some people who practise keto on social media too, i know a lady who survived from cancer and do keto because her doctor suggested.

I wouldn't say every diet suitable to everyone, they must slowly find something that suitable to them.

i lost about 10 kg and that was 10 years ago. i stopped because i changed job and i no longer go back to gym to do my workout. i gained back because in reality , im not the person that goes to gym everyday. i still have to find money to survived in this hectic environment. during my gym years, i skip my work hours a lot to train. i became a gym junkie but i lose ground on making more income back then. i make a shift and income gain back but i put back on.Lipo 6 is effective . u don't need herbalife but i do take herbalife , u must be asking me why? Reason i took it because i think they are genuine in their taste unlike other supplement that tasted like fakes with other artificial flavoring and for a 30 years old company who went through up and down in business life and getting sue for misleading, they are still a trusted product even by many Sport Athletes and AGENTS. DOCTOR etc.. and one of their DR won a nobel prize for inventing NW , a heart supplement. But i still think if you have money , herbalife is safer but if no money, always have other alternative like LIPo 6 . Those 6 pack trainers ate white eggs and protein. But some of them especially certain trainers also have no discipline at all, they were a lot of them from MARA sport science who works for true fitness or even celebrity fitness.

aloe have many varietal, many folks simply plant also and don't remove the yellow part.
thats y herbalife aloe is safer compare to other brands too. sometimes paying a little more is better than planting at home and eat like that.

you were right too. self awareness and knowledge is power. For me, because i knew everything is too much is not good. and everything they said is good , they expect us to buy into their believe. Even i have herbalife aloe vera, i don't drink it everyday like they advised to do it.. i think that's not good . i keep it to clear some bad stomach problems once i detected some abnormality due to outside food i just had. if i dont have any stomach ache, i will not drink it. they will sell to you in aiding digestion and all sort of benefits but i still think it should be consume with some senses.

So why don't consider back Lipo 6 since it works? I once considered Lipo 6 too, but didn't take it up as I am worried if there are any side effects. From your explanation, it seems like it worked for you; just curious why you wouldn't re-consider it now..

there's no side effects.
just that age catching up. if you are young and you can take it than go ahead, this product has been many years proven . your heartbeat just beat faster and blood pressure goes up. u drink coffee high dose also have the same effect. i think u don't get the ultra one unless u have been doing exercise most of the time. imagine this, for those runner , they will come to a stage where metabolism kicks in and u could feel the heat of it. which is good as u know this is the time it started burning calories. same thing with lipo.
