even it is tea, but it really helped me to increase my metabolism and really make me feel energetic,
i even drink it before working out and really give me energy to push.... i think you can try to drink it and go for some exercise
Not sure are you aware they have this 21 days weight loss challenge too? Those who lost most weight and body fat % can get RM1000
Anyway, even you take fat burner you still need to exercise to burn your fats
