QUOTE(IcEMoCHa @ Oct 2 2007, 02:52 PM) the N93 doesn't have an AF-assist light like the K800i/K810i. so you'd need to have good lighting to get a proper AF-lock on the subject. QUOTE(DeanKueh @ Oct 3 2007, 09:20 AM) really? all i know is that N73 and N95 have too much noise reduction which means lack of detail. while N93/N93i retains the original (and slightly noisy if in bad lighting) image which has a lot of detail, and one can always remove the noise via software if it doesn't suit the picture. You can try use Resco.Anyways, N95 and N73 aren't using natural colros thats why when you zoom it in, it has this water color effect and artificial colors unlike the n93

Well, I Have Tested The N73, N90, N93i, As Well As The N95... My Opinion Is That The N90 Is The Simplest And Most Friendly Point And Shoot Camera (Out Of This Four).. To Shoot Near Objects, It Doesn't Even Need To Be In Macro Mode.. The Auto Mode Can Basically Shoot All Shots.. Flash Settings Can Be Switched Off By Pressing Left/Right On The Joystick.. Zoom Will Be Up/Down.. And Whatever You See On The Screen Will Be The Result That You Will Get.. No Any Noise Reduction... And It Saves All The Captured Shots Very Fast, Ready For The Next Shot... Downside, 2MP Only.. As For The N93i, The Macro Mode Is Different.. It Does Not Require A Half Shuttle Press To Obtain Focus As It's Constantly Focusing When You Switch To Macro Mode.. I Don't Really Like It Because It Might Not Focus At The Part That We Want.. And Can't Really Confirm If The Focus Is An Accurate One.. But The Optical Zoom Is Cool.. You Can Really Feel The Mechanism Inside The Camera Is Moving When You Zoom In And Out.. So, The N95.. Camera Is Great.. Macro Shots Are Clear.. Latest Firmware Does Not Have Any Tinting Issue.. It Took Quite Long To Start The Camera And Save The Picture After It Is Taken.. (Wonder If It's Due To 5MP Image Processing Here).. Noise Reduction Is Present, But Can Be Reduced By Changing The Sharpness Settings To "Soft".. Most Of The Pictures Look Okay Without The Need Of Photoshop.. Due To The Noise Reduction Thingy, Whatever That Is Display On Your Screen Before Capture Is Different From The Result That You Will Get.. Flash LED Is Consider Bright.. Just Like The N73.. There Are A Lot Of Settings To Toy With.. But Usually I Set Them To Auto.. So For Still Pictures, I Still Think That The N95 Does The Job Very Well.. As For Video, N93/i Might Be A Better Choice As Optical Zoom Is Needed.. This Is Just My Personal Opinion.. To DeanKueh, If I Am Not Mistaken, Most Photos From The N93 Has High Noise Level.. So Need To Use Programs Like Noiseware To Reduce Them.. It Might Be Good For Those That Know How To Edit The Pictures.. But Isn't It Very Troublesome To Do That Every Time? Also, Post More Photos From Your N93 Since There's Only A Few N93 User Here.. |
