Today is a great day for 6 and 6T owners: OnePlus earlier said that the first Open Beta based on OxygenOS would come at the end of August, but today they have announced the first Open Beta already, which is surprisingly fast (considering OnePlus has delayed updates in the recent past.)

Game Space

Newly added quick reply feature in a small window for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram (Enable it by swiping down from upper right/left corners of the screen in gaming mode)

Newly added mistouch prevention feature. Enable it, swipe down from the top of the screen, click and the notification bar will pop out

Camera
Updated the camera UI and optimized some of the function paths to offer a more convenient operation

Ambient Display
Newly added Insight clock style, a joint creation with Parsons School of Design. It will change according to the phone usage data (To set: Settings > Customization > Clock on ambient display)

Newly added Canvas feature that can automatically draw a wireframe picture based on a lock screen photo on your phone（Path: Settings - Customization - Wallpaper - Canvas - Choose photo preview and it can be generated automatically）

Dark Mode
Added a shortcut for Dark Mode, you can pull down the Quick Settings panel and find it

Supported automatically enable by time range (path: Settings - Display - Dark Mode - Turn on automatically - Automatically enable from sunset to sunrise / Custom time range)

Shelf
Newly shelf interface design, the interface is clearer

Nope. Waiting for Official. Lazy to reflash back to stable when it is released later on.
Anyway, am not expecting big changes/upgrades from it either.

Update Day 2.
Battery drain is still very apparent. Media Storage seems to be the main cause of battery drain. Went to bed at 11:30 at 28% and woke up again at 3 am with the phone turned off. Worst update even. Dont bother updating to OOS 11. Wait for at least 2 to 3 updates after OOS 11 to update as per OP8 series and above.

just tried...no issues for me when launch camera from WA

I experienced this using Google Translate app. Camera just refuses to focus.

Using MySejahtera, some times camera macam difficult to focus but more often than not it reads the QR code quite fast

Looks like pretty common on aging OnePlus phone..
I have this issue on my 3t.. I normally just tap on the side to get the auto focus unstuck

any one encounted this qualcomm crashdump mode before? the phone turn to this when i wake up.

Mine got. Can call throughly VoWiFi now. No more problems if call inside building if there’s no line.

Maxis just recently enabled VoWifi on their network. Digi had VoWifi running for years already. That is why suddenly VoWifi suddenly appeared on your maxis line.

You have to enable it manually...


4th -Select your device on the drop-down menu then if you see your device select it and right-click on "Oversea-Commercial_DS" and deactivate Sub0 and Sub1
Click on Oversea-Commercial_DS again and click on remove

5th - Close the app and reopen it

6th - Select India-VoLTE-Vodafone or Telefonica_UK_Commercial, right-click and SetSelectedConfig for both Sub0 and Sub1

7th - Click on the profile you selected (India) again and click on Activate
Yes, select UK/India even if you are located in another region (see above for confirmed locations + carriers)

8th -Close the PDC and go back to cmd/adb then type
adb reboot
For Maxis users, you would need to Select India-VoLTE-Vodaphone. Digi users can use Telefonica UK Commercial. (Tested and working by myself)

Looks like your phone is not connected. Did you use ADB?

Changed my sim card yesterday .. Still the same.. Then raised a case to maxis support..
Today Volte and VOwifi is working. Got a call from Maxis technical team confirming they enabled both feature for my number.

Yes. They will have to activate for you. Older sim cards even don't support VoLTE.

The time has come guys.
