Hi, I've tried to make a flight booking and pay with big pay card and I've also applied some big points. Suddenly, the page said "an error has occurred, please try later." At my next try, i've noticed that all the big points have already been deducted but the payment from the big card has not been deducted.

Chatted with air asia web and they said i need to email air asia big team. I've done that last night and also messaged the FB page but there's no reply till now.

Anyone faced the similar problem before?

AA support is the worst. Suggest you to spam call them to follow up.

the thing is, i want to book a flight already but i don't know how fast they can put the points back.

your bigpoint will reflect back. be patient. don't waste your time n money to contact them.

try login to www.airasiabig.com
if you can see your previous bigpoint meaning your bigpoint is not missing or deducted yet.

the first time i waited for about 23 hours and it was shown, then again error on their site and i'm still waiting. It's about 24 hours already.

They still did not reply me.

I can see the transaction shows they deducted it but it came back on the first try (after 23 hours) and now i'm waiting for the second one.

Try MAVCOM.

Airasia won't reply for weeks, calling their customer service would cost you RM2/minute without any results.

Maybe you can try calling other Airasia international customer service numbers, preferably at destination country --> this might be cheaper.
