Download emui 10.0
1) go hicare apps
2) click update. accept the t&c
3) go setting and press check update. It should be appearing

P20 series getting the EMUI 10 (Android 10) very soon.

The upgrade is happening via OTA in a phase-wise manner. Users can also manually check for upgrades via Settings > System > Software update.

Alternatively, one can also take the help of the HiCare app for downloading and installing the latest firmware.
