p20 pro draining battery faster than p20 (both updated to android 9 emui 9). is it normal?

also my family p20 & p20 pro phone signal strength (mobile data digi maxis, phone call signal) a lot weaker compared to nova 3. so weird...

could be the super charge charging cable problem. last time i had the same issue, after change to another super charge charging cable, back to normal, can super charge.
