Nope, I only had 1 Themes app and it's from Huawei itself. Maybe you can try to investigate the package information with app such as App Inspector and see which one is the official Themes app.

Maybe try to clear the cache from EMUI Recovery would help or try to clear the Huawei Home app cache.

BTW, do you guys got new system update yet? A user in XDA Dev P20 subforum just reported that he already received a new update with January 2019 security update and a fix in RAM management.

Just updated to Android Pie yesterday, I feel its a bit faster and more fluid than the previous version. Yet to review the battery life will monitor this couple of days

I also not received this update yet. The XDA forum member said this update contains some improvement and Jan 19 security patch.

This is what I hate most from Huawei & Honor devices. We know that other users already received some updates but we aren't yet and no workaround to force update other than sitting in the corner and waiting for the update to come.

However, with Samsung when the updates are available and you haven't received OTA yet, you can manually download the firmware file from sites such as Samfirmware and do the manual flashing to your phone. Huawei simply did not allow this since they aren't publicly released their firmware files.
According to a post in P20's XDA sub-forum:

having a few phones. I still prefer s8 and iphone for point and shoot comapred to p20. HAve better results compared to p20. Despite the pixels, p20 produced kinda less details comapred to those two.

Say until p20 pro camera so good....  I'm only using it for 4 months with only 5,000+ shoots. now got issue with it 

I didn't realize it at first until i zoomed in to view those photos and found the purple spot in the photos. The purple dot is so obvious especially on light color objects. So coincidence, all photos taken after 1/1/2019, got this purple spot issue. 

My P20Pro screen not working.. all totally blank.
I still can receive calls by swiping the right area.

I went to the beach... then on the way back, I charge it using powerbank and play games... suddenly the whole screen goes black.
