Guys,i'm in need of anyone with experience buying property in cyberjaya

Right now i got booking for a 3rd floor , 3B2R ,1000sq of a Pr1ma apartment for rm308k - the price is a bit lower since there was an 8% discount plus its a pr1ma project so price is a bit lower

I was wondering if this is a good buy considering the size (1k sq 3b2r ,location (cyberjaya) and price rm300k)

I have booked since 2 months back,now bank and laywer calling to to settle the documents.Before i put sign on paper,would like some opinion from sifu?

Extra details
-2 parking lot
-no swimming poll
-mainatinence around rm150
-Completed by 2020 or 2021 cannot remember
-Residential lot and free hold
-Quite low density i think , 469 unit spread over 2 blocks.

Reason for buying i'll be honest,mainly invesment,but if i relocate to KL then i may live there - but mainly opinion needed from an investment point of view

that part of cyberjaya is at a very very deep and inner place, it not near the city centre of cyberjaya..

been work there around 10 years, please drop by and feel it yourself.

if own stay you can buy cyberjaya, for invest cyberjaya is a black hole.

I see that a lot of people not recommned to invest in cyberjaya?may i know why.as previously i was working in hospital putrajaya,and i noticed rental in cyberjaya i quite expensive.

All confirm more than rm1k rental. However i understand from the comments its not a good idea investing there.may i know why??

Regarding swimming pool.i agree.however,i've seen apartment which cost rm400k with smaller size and only 1 parking lot.if i was renting,i think parking lot > swimming pool??

I see.I think you guys are right,i went into the lowyat cyberjaya thread - alot of lelong unit.

I was so suprised to see the price

Anyway,lucky i still havent sign the lawyer and maybank.

Wonder if i can get back the rm1k booking fee?? hmm.gif
