Right now i got booking for a 3rd floor , 3B2R ,1000sq of a Pr1ma apartment for rm308k - the price is a bit lower since there was an 8% discount plus its a pr1ma project so price is a bit lower
I was wondering if this is a good buy considering the size (1k sq 3b2r ,location (cyberjaya) and price rm300k)
I have booked since 2 months back,now bank and laywer calling to to settle the documents.Before i put sign on paper,would like some opinion from sifu?

Reason for buying i'll be honest,mainly invesment,but if i relocate to KL then i may live there - but mainly opinion needed from an investment point of view
