Bro Ice,
All you need to do is come by at 2pm on Saturday the rest i'll take care Added on June 29, 2007, 9:22 am Worry not man. Bad news, i forgot to epox the wrapping. You can use the rod first, without epoxing the wrap, i'll epox for you when we come back from R. Or I'll try to epox it tonight, and hopefully it will be dry by tomorrow... Added on June 29, 2007, 9:24 amBTW, anyone interested for Pulau Jarak jigging? This post has been edited by rorytate: Jun 29 2007, 09:24 AM |

As shared with you earlier, the p.Jarak trip will be the same logistic with the recent P9.
Departure on Friday night, fish on Sat and back to kl on Sunday. P.Jarak is 37nautical mile away from Sitiawan and we will be reaching there in about 1.3 hours time. If using wooden boat it will take about 4 hours, and 2x100hp will be about 2 hours.. Also, would anyone be interested with Ko Adang, Nok Kiau and Satun fishing? very cheap 4d3n for RM380. The price is excluding the logictic to reach Kaki Bukit in Perlis. |

Bro Q and bro Ho,
The Ko Adang trip we need to get a group lor, 8 pax per boat. As per current, Erick's boat is full liao, so he say he can get another boat for us. Unker is keen, might be bringing Untee. Myself and we need to look for few more pax lor. At the moment, just me and Unker nia. The boat have toilet and bunker ammenities ler...so you sleep and shit on the boat lor.. Yes bro Ho, At times fishing is good, and the date that Erick chooses is a good date, but depending on the fish whether wanna makan our jig or bait or not loh.. The gears are slightly heavier where, PE4 would be much preferred. At least 300 meter of 30lb or 40lb. You can jig, pop and do bottom there. As for Jarak, i'll try to get some good dates and book A Cong. |

Bro Ice,
The berkley rod is not suitable for jarak or p9 jigging. Best to use for casting only. Tho the series 1 have a fast taper, but due to the rod rating, it's not advisable to do jigging with it. Bro Tingky, Your rod will definitely be ready by then. |

Bro Ice,
That area is our play ground lar...worry not, we dont have to go super deep to get fishes. Each type of fishes have their maximum depth to live in. For toman, to my experience, it's between 10~16feet Added on June 29, 2007, 10:24 amBro Ho, You can try at Kepong or Uncle Bob's place, i'm sure they have. Otherwise you can purchase the rod in outstation Bear in mind, casting is super good, not so good for jigging This post has been edited by rorytate: Jun 29 2007, 10:24 AM |

Bro Ice,
PE is referring to the japanese rating for lines. As in such it's called PolyEthylene thus PE. If PE1 = 10lb average, so PE5 = 40lb line lor Added on June 29, 2007, 10:46 amMore mold would be good let's make some mold together This post has been edited by rorytate: Jun 29 2007, 10:46 AM |
