Hi i would like to ask, those sets which were purchased online from other platforms such as lazada, are they still eligible for protection plus? If so, can i just get protection plus from any Samsung centres? Do i need to bring any documents?

Also, can i know if the trade up program is eligible for those purchases made outside of Samsung? Example i purchased my note 9 from lazada and now want to sell off my other Samsung phone to Samsung centre via the trade program, is it possible?

1. as long as u have a properly registered warranty and u purchase within 30 days of registration. They will check ur IMEI on your phone itself.

2. Trade in only for direct purchase in SES with on the spot trade in.

Been using samsung keyboard since note 5, no way u cant remove that. but i prefer this rather than another standalone "planet" button beside the spacebar

Not exactly, certain companies only allow office emails to be accessed on iOS devices due to perceived tighter security compared to Android. I used to work for an American company with that policy.

Battery life on note 9 wasn't impressive but manage to get through the day for me. But i really hate the Bixby. Annoying and pressed accidentally like for 9999 times on daily business use.

Just got an offer from a friend who is a SME staff. They have Note 9 for staff purchase at Rm2899 for 128gb. Still the PO with Gear Sport - Qoo10 discount is better offer.

That is correct from a general perspective Bro. Of course cheap Android One phones also can make calls and snap pictures. But what we want is premium feel, great technological innovations and most importantly the reliable after sales service.

Hence, the huge price gap between the two phones, which targets various market segments. If you can afford and want premium, for sure you will go for Mercedes and not something else with only a Mercedes engine it in. 🤣😂

You can lock the button for accidental press, under Bixby settings. Won't be as annoying after.

Sorry but how do I check if the bluetooth is open to all? For example car bluetooth. Noticed it seems to have problem with older bluetooth devices, no problem with Gear Sport
