Me myself are trying to find an opportunity but always met a dead end. Currently am looking in the sector of services since I'm finishing my Bachelor in International Business.

Get a job with a japanese firm in Malaysia, and relocate when they need your skills in Japan. Or get a job with a malaysian firm in Japan.

I assume you already command japanese language? If not, start there!

Yup I got the language covered. But Kanji I don't think so. Only Katakana and Hiragana

Why not use the existing thread?

Anyway if you don't know kanji much that means I assume you don't have JLPT or BJT? If no, that limits your opportunities a lot.

not mastering kanji and you think you've "covered" the language.
Good luck.

Agree with fx. If you haven't master your kanji, your Japanese is still lacking.

Suggest you sit for your JLPT examination as the first step towards getting your certification and subsequently potential employment.

Working in construction general contractor now in Japan. Malaysian have high chance to be employed after interviewed. Make sure you appeal them that you are a trilingual or quadralingual (with japanese is a must) as your advantage.
There is case that company held Japanese training after employed too.

Japan companies still have the trait of preferring freshmen(like me) more than mid-recruit but will change in the future.
