Before I start my workout, I will run for 6min on the machine.

6 min??damn...6 min just 20-30 Kal burn...try this...
2 min walk 2 min run 2 min walk 2 min run ....done this like 30 min....then ur fat burn more fast...or 3 min walk 5 min run...and carry on...until 30 min...

check how many cal u burn doing ur method...and Cool down usually 5 min bro...not 1 min...hurmm...
but if u wanted fat burn cardio is the best not weight lifting...and the way u eat make lesser and lesser...slowly and gradually reduce consumption

try 15 min first try...

an month 20 min... another month 25 min and increase 5 min after next month...
