Actually losing 5-1 is a conspiracy from our tourism board. Our 50 year Merdeka and not allowing MU to come Malaysia. Too bad score not 5-0 but 5-1 maybe Malaysia confuse between 51 year or 50 year.

QUOTE(kepet @ Jul 11 2007, 12:15 PM) what?! standard increase..sori geng..i don't agreed. i watch the game last night at the stadium..all i want to do is give support - which Cikgu Jan (Norizan) really want it..then what?! they didn't play up to standard - seriously mcm budak skola.. OMG U PAID RM20 to watch that game. I got 10x free ticket for that match against China. and i m having so much trouble giving those away. I still got those 10 ticket with me, lolU cannot compare our 5-1 result to the Copa, even they are loser too but they play well- The level is different and please , this is the reality. We obviously can compare Malaysia to China!! How can u say the standard have increase, c'monlar...Malaysia team lack of control...They cannot control ball...u know what i mean when u watch the repaly back..even one pass pun x bole sampai on target...ape ni wei?! Fauzi Nan didn't mark no 20 Mao Qing - that's the first mistake...2nd - midfield and striker (Shukor Adan, Hardi & Hairuddin) are "ber terabur"..3rd - they should't play long ball and that's why Malaysia can score 1 bijik - because they play low pass ball (mcm arsenal)...4th - why take out Akmal who play well instead of Hairuddin? aiyah Cikgu Jan...kasihan sama supporter Malaysia...u keep blaming the team lack of support..but when we came, this is how u pay us back?! But, i want to congratulate Nantha, Edy Helmi, Akmal and Indra - they play up to expectations. Hardi Jaafar, time warming up je free kick and corner angkat tinggi2, time real game start - weak, low, soft etc...i hate to say this...but i won't come again to watch Malaysia at the stadium...it's sad..really2 sad... There were 11 bunch of pussies on the pitch yesterday wearing the Orange/Black jersey. The whole game I didn't see any tackles or roughing about by the Malaysians, they gave China too much respect.
The defence was a total mess. Kairul Nizam or whatever his name was, doesn't deserve to be in the team. He was more concerned about looking cool chewing his gum than concentrating on the match. No idea why the coach started with him, Nantakumar was the better choice and it showed once he came on, he was the biggest Malaysian on the field. Malaysia has no physical presence, the whole team is made up of kampung boys who look like they had nothing to eat for months. We need more bulky players like Nanta especially at the back. The defence hardly won any headers. Impressed with the strikers though, they did well, but they need to show more desire to win. Half the time they just gave up chasing the ball. They should take note of the Vietnamese and Indonesians. They never stopped running all game long. Fell sad for Malaysians, we love our team, it really showed yesterday, it was almost a full house at the stadium and the atmosphere was superb. We need a full revamp, the coach needs to go, he looks like he has been eating all the food from the players. Hardly any presence on the touchline. I never saw him shout about or show some passion. The FAM head needs to go as well. Put someone who knows the game in charge of it and no someone who is just a fan boy but knows nothing! |

the whole thing from the FAM need to go... even the current FAM head knows they need to go but why are they still there?
too obvious that the money is going into their pockets.... 90% masuk pocket sendiri.. 10% for development manalah cukup.... vacate your post la and let people who actually have the interest of the nation at heart to run the FAM... |

QUOTE(erni3 @ Jul 11 2007, 12:27 PM) Means jack shit! The Malaysian football team aint worth supporting. Half the players in the team didnt put in any effort. I doubt I'll be going to the next match unless they show some desire to actually win the match and not just show up! |

The sad part about losing was those were our so called professional players. Play football everyday still can't improve a thing. If it was our amateurs side that lost we could still save our faces saying they were noobs. Bu pro.. oh come on. Last time during semi pro we played better. This pro thing brings a lot of trouble, many teams couldn't pay players salariesla. Very shameful when it also involved foreigners. I bet there were many better players out there who doesn't want to turn pro because of financial securities and so on.

I'd agree the National Team needs a big boot up the rear end, in particular because they need to realise that to participate in the Asian Cup is a once-in-a-lifetime event, if yesterday's performance was anything to judge by. By a big boot, a major revamp needs to be made from top to bottom, incl playing staff, management, etc. No preferential treatment, no politics, just honest-to-goodness football. No Selangor, Perak and Pahang clicks, but the whole Malaysia has to be scrutinised for talent and passion to play for our national team.
If you think the support here is bad, you should've been to the stadium, it was worse! Boos were already ringing in when we were 3-0 down, and thw whole stadium was already rooting for the China national team. I think that was already an indication of the backlash of the abject performance shown last night. In seriousness, time for all other factors to step aside, and choose those who are really willing to play for Malaysia. Beats me why Khalid is not selected, while walkers like Hairuddin and Akmal were given starting places. Actually I know why (rumours), but that is another topic for another thread for another day.... |

I knew we'll lose against China, but I didnt tot it will a 5-1 thrashing...Our fullback keep going inside, leaving the China wingers lots of space..it was a mistake of playing Fadzli Saari, coz we need a holding midfielder there..and that Perak winger was totally crap..
Selection of players?..aiyo, Cikgu Jan's hands were tied...He has to follow FAM and state politicians demands.. |
