I never watch this malaysia cup or asia cup when malaysia playing on the field with one simple reason, WE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND WE ARE DOING NOTHING TO SOLVED THIS ISSUE EFFECTIVELY. No matter how much we clap our hands for them, they just can't make it... 

i watched Aussie vs Iraq match. The aussie players all look tired and no motivation to play at all. Play like headless chicken without strategy. IMO, the new coach really can't replace Guus Hiddink. Now they need to beat thailand to qualify for next round. Japan should be tournament favourite.

After the dissapointing exit from the tournament, former legend 'TeLo' Duke criticise the national team. "What the hell are they doing there?! Play like a bunch of drunk people. They need to eat Telo Kampung, really. TeLo Duke formerly famous because of his trademark like to eat telo each time before the match. Malaysia lost to China 5-1 and Uzbekistan 5-0. Tengku Abdullah Resigns As Deputy President Of FAM

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 (Bernama) -- The Tengku Mahkota of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, announced his resignation as deputy president of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) effective Sunday.

He made the announcement in a statement to Bernama in Kuala Lumpur. He did not give any reasons.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 16 (Reuters) - Malaysia's sports minister wants to see sweeping changes in the organsition of soccer in the Southeast Asian nation following the co-host's poor performances in the Asian Cup.

Malaysia suffered a 5-1 defeat to China in their opening Group C fixture and were then thrashed 5-0 by Uzbekistan on Sunday to crash out of the 16-nation tournament they are hosting along with Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The losses led to the resignation of Football Association of Malaysia deputy president Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah on Sunday and Malaysia's Youth and Sports Minister, Azalina Othman Said, believes new blood is needed to improve the situation.

Azalina was quoted by state news agency Bernama on Monday as saying provincial officials who did nothing should consider giving up their posts.

'Some state FA heads and officials have been holding on to their posts for too long without any significant contribution towards the development of football in the country,' she said.

'They should make way for energetic young professionals.'

Abdullah held the deputy president's post since 1994 until his resignation, which is expected to prompt other leading officials to step down.
