Anybody here subscribed to Humble Monthly using Mastercard or Amex ? Suddenly my card (Mastercard) was declined, it was working fine for 3-4 months ago.

Today I checked Maybank2u and noticed an unauthorized transactions to my Amex card (seldom use). After talked with maybank call center they said this usually from Grab car apps (usually..)

The descriptions are GPAY NETWORK SDN BHD and the total amount are RM270 (multiple transactions) . The Amex card is already cancelled.

Now need to fill in the card dispute form from maybank and need to email the form back to them. Any tips or experience from you guys regarding this ?

Guys, disable DUITNOW service from maybank2u. Pandai2 maybank add this stupid service.

GPAY Network SDN BHD is actually PayNet. PayNet is actually the company that is handing the new service called "DuitNow" I just learnt this.

Maybank suka2 autamatically activate this DuitNow service to most people. I think Cimb also did this. Right now I already deactivate this DuitNow for safety since I already kena.

To deactivate or opt out, you need to login to maybank2u and and there is a nice message in the Inbox saying the service is activated for you because you look hensem and cute. There is a link in the message on how to opt out or de-register

I did installed and activate Grab in my phone using Amex card years ago. Since the maybank person chitchat with me said usually the case is from Grab. But I didnt use it. So I dont know. I guess they still have my card info and my mobile no in the system..

This DuitNow is really dangerous. Why do we need this kind of service? Too lazy to remember your bank account no ar ?

Not sure. I'm tired already. How can they simply syok2 enrolled you into this service without user consent first.. If it is true the person manage to hack or get my info from grab, it is much worst to have this Duitnow service since they link your phone no to DuitNow. My info and details already jeopardize. Luckily only RM290, managed to block it.

Want to eat also not in the mood. I'm curious why I dont received any sms during this transaction.

Anyway, I would like to apologize to all for spreading anger and false news. When I wrote previously it was with anger and looking to vent or looking for a scapegoat or someone to blame.

When I cooled down and think clearly , I know that I shouldnt wrote it without concrete evidence.
