Looks like not all MBB CS are aware of this latest news of card cancellation. I just called to cancel my M2C Visa card but CS said if cancel Visa, have to cancel Amex too since both the cards come in one package. So I informed him to refer to his supervisor for latest update on M2C card cancellation tnc. He did and came back on the line to tell me my Visa card will be cancelled with immediate effect and Amex retained
