Their call center it's not informed about the new M2Amex has contactless features.
At least that lady take the effort to check and help me to replaced it.

Tried at Aeon Ipoh Station 18 and BHP.. both unable to wave using m2amex.. my guess is they haven't update/replace the card terminals..

Tried Amex wave at MCD, failed as well..
Until MBB really launch this Amex wave card, i guess most terminal it's still not updated yet.

Finally after BNM's involvement, someone from MBB Complaints Resolution Unit called to let me know she has received my complaint and will investigate with various departments to know what has happened. She will come back to me on this Friday. Let's see. Same case here. Just last week i send my enquiry to them to remove it from my ccris. MBB already replied me 3 times including the automated reply.
