anyone encountered this? pay using credit card option saved(amex) for lotuss product, shows payment unsuccessful. I delete the saved card and then manually keep in and still show unsuccessful, tried few times until card option blocked now. Few days ago paid unifi bill successful. No notification of unsuccessful payment and no payment log at mae. Just started using amex card..
edit: pay shopee also same payment failed. call maybank CS and he just say no block just retry..
edit2: solved after 2nd CS contact live chat at maybank website, seems like MSOS Code issue
