Anyone know if Celcom accept Amex? Is it eligible for cashback?

If not, anyone know if paying through Lazada/Shopee, got cashback?

Anyone know if when under EPP, if settle more than statement balance, will credit limit balance increase?

Say i take 5k EPP (417 monthly), credit limit 5k.
After 2 months i already paid 834, means now my credit limit is 834. If i pay 2k before 3rd month due, will the credit limit become 2834?

Assume credit limit is 5k and you take 5k EPP for 12 month (416.67 each month) your credit limit now is 0.
You can pay 5k upfront where your avail limit is back to 5k but you can only make lump sum purchases. Even when your avail limit is 5k, you can't make another 5k EPP purchase cause you do not have credit limit on your card.

The next month, when the first EPP is charge to your card, your credit limit will be 416.67, hence you can apply another EPP of that amount if you wish to do so.

Your credit limit will slowly increase each month when the EPP is charged to your card until the tenure ends.

I see. That means i can always pay more than my monthly EPP amount to increase back my available limit. But surely this available limit cannot be higher than the original credit limit given to me right?

Anyone know how does the annual fee waiver works? MBB will charge first then waive?
Suddenly got charged annual fee and the amount is quite weird also.

Nope, its maybank 2 gold card. When i get my cards around early sep, i even called MBB to confirm that they are maybank 2 gold cards.

Btw, MBB charged annual fee on pro-rated basis? It doesnt make sense though as i applied and got the cards in september.

Think i will call CS, just trying to see if anyone face same issue before

Yes, direct at branch. Thought post SST, maybank 2 cards will always come in pair, if cancel both also kena cancel, cannot cancel only one, no?

just called CS, the guy said there is something wrong in the process and it seems that they have sent me the wrong card.
they will check further and re-issue my card.

whats frustrating is that, when i first get my card, i did called to CS and the CS that time confirmed the cards i received are Maybank 2 Cards. Now they say issue wrong card pula.
