did anyone manage to get waiver for the gov tax for these 2 cards?

can anyone tell me how to derive rm24.32 from the list, all transaction is done on weekend, does toping up lazada and shopee produce any 5% rebate?

Is posting or transaction date is the date that Maybank take for CB consideration on Amex?
