Manager came told me will check and update back. sure enough told me got ok can approved. the rest is same as fruitie blah blah 7 working days same card number, etc etc i din't even use broken card tactics. funny i can use my card until i activate the new one. Casual Junior Member 438 posts Joined: May 2008	when you upgrade your CC is it true if you collect from card center the member since no. will change ? went with my gf to gardens card center to get her platinum upgrade, the visa details stays the same but the Amex member since no. change to this year 2019. the cs there mentioned if collect from bank branch then no change but at center will change. to me this is a load of bullsht so would like to know if others chance upon this matter before i help my gf *** them back. also gardens mentioned cannot cancel any 1 card but 1 Utama center mentioned after 1 year you can cancel (only for those who upgrade). again which is which ?
